Myntra - Myntra has not refunded my money after returning the product

I had placed * order from Myntra on *th sept **** consisting of * items, total transaction amount was Rs **** but later on *th sept ****, I cancelled * item from my order of Rs ****..

As per Myntra, refund was initiated and successfully processed on *th sept but till today I have not received the refund..

Myntra provided me the refund reference number ************ and ask me to contact my bank(ICICI bank) to locate the refund or file a dispute if they can’t locate it..

I contacted bank multiple times but they kept on telling me that they couldn’t locate the refund and wouldn’t be able to dispute this as it was UPI transaction and I should contact Myntra regarding this refund..

When I informed Myntra that my bank couldn’t locate the refund and the RRN is incorrect, after * week, they provided a different RRN ************ but my bank can’t find the refund using this RRN too and telling me same thing again that they can’t locate or dispute this transaction and I should contact Myntra.

And Myntra is telling me same thing again and again that the refund is successfully processed, I should contact bank and dispute the transaction.. But bank isn’t helping me saying they can’t locate refund and can’t dispute.

I am stuck in a deadlock situation and need your help in getting out of it..
