Myntra - Myntra denying return after sending a Wrong Product

I had ordered a Van Heusen Men's Black Suit from Myntra, but I received a lower-quality Purple Suit instead. I raised a return request on the same day just after receiving the product. I had already paid with a card that's why I couldn't deny it. when the pick-up agent arrived the next day it declined the return saying the color of the suit was different even though that was the reason for the return. After some days my return request was declined to say they didn't find any tampering issue in their investigation. I sent them proofs with product images with all tags and seals intact but they still declined it. My issue was never of tampering but that of a wrong color product was sent (Purple) while I ordered a black Suit.
