I had ordered a Van Huseun Sling bag from Myntra for which I paid Rs***. I was not satisfied with the quality of the bag and it looked different from the pictures on their website so I returned it. However I only got Rs *** as refund and the delivery charges were not refunded.charges.if I ordered any product they should show refund rule of delivery alongside while ordering. Since, their was no mention of non refundable delivery charge they are bound to refund the delivery charge aswell.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
