I have bought a Fire boltt calling watch for my brother on **th April ****. On **th April, myntra delivered the package. But parcel was not in good condition. It was torn n multiple myntra stickers were on it. I record the video while opening it. But when we open the product, it was a used, local made watch. From **th April ****, I am trying to return the defected product but they are not giving me any solution. Till now I am asked to wait. I have shared all the product images with them. They just put my phone on hold. I put a review of their product, they say we cannot publish it.
They are clearly cheating
