Myntra - Myntra delivered a product without brand label now they are not accepting return

I ordered a dress from Myntra & didn't like it so immediately placed return request. Delivery agent did not pick product quoting brand label missing. So I raised a complaint on Myntra for product received without brand label. This complaint was closed at back end mentioning the product was dispatched from our end after a stringent quality check and the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition. When I called back I was told that we will not accept you return. Myntra doesn't value it's customer as my complaint is not taken seriously.
