Myntra - MYNTRA DECLINING REFUND

I had placed an order worth Rs. ****. In the same, one of the items was "Bormioli Rocco Set of * Transparent Water Bottles". Instead of this item, a wrong item (set of * colorful glasses) was delivered to me. I then raised a complaint with Myntra stating that the wrong item was delivered. On **th August, an agent came asking for pickup of * items. I gave him the above mentioned wrong product (set of * colorful glasses) along with "Incrizma Transparent Glass Wine Decanter" as returnable items. He took both of them with him. While I have received a refund of "Incrizma Wine Decanter" but Myntra is constantly declining my request against the refund of "Bormioli Set of * Bottles". They are saying they have not received the product but I have already returned it from my end. I have spoken to Myntra customer care many-a-times but they are not helping me either and giving non-sensical responses. I need my refund of Rs.**** as this is sheer cheating and Myntra is not extending any help.
