Dear Myntra Support Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding irregular deductions from my Myntra Credit balance. I have noticed that an amount of ****/- has been deducted, without any prior notification. This amount was originally debited from my debit card, not a gift card, making the deduction unethical and against standard refund policies.
Additionally, I have another concern regarding the refund of ***/- credited on February **, ****. As per Myntras policy, refund credits should remain valid for one year, meaning this amount should not expire before February **, ****. However, it has been deducted before its expiration, which is unfair and against your stated policies. Also, again no prior notification for this as well.
I have attached a screenshot of my Myntra Credit transaction history for reference. Kindly review this issue and provide clarification. I request a thorough check from your end and a prompt refund of the deducted amount.
