Myntra Design Pvt Ltd - Myntra complain not filled against Xpressbees for return pickup

This is behalf of my family. My mom shopped from Myntra. On placing the return pick-up. Return pick-up not done in-spite of complaints to Myntra. The courier partner assigned Express Bees is not picking up a return and cancelling returns without any attempt or call since ** days. Myntra is not taking the complaint and arranging to take urgent return pick-up. Usually, the return is picked up as soon as the return is placed. Please help to arrange return pickup urgently.
