Toshi barbey filed complaint against Myntra on Jan 29, 2022
My order was of Rs ***. Myntra refunded me Rs *** in my bank and Rs ** in the form of myntra cash on **-jan-****. I tried to use the myntra cash amount on **-jan-**** but the amount was not showing so I contacted the customer service and the replied that the amount credited on **-jan-**** was expired on **-jan-****.
Does it make sense?
If the myntra cash amount was already expired so why did they refunded it in the form of myncash.
