* Products not refunded on Unreasonable grounds. Unused/price intact products declined on wrong grounds of no tags and one wrong delivered product not refunded saying there cant be any mistake from Myntras side in delivery
A wrong product with wrong size delivered and not return/refund not done
A product is picked up usused/undamaged/price tags intact but still no refund since ** days
A product usused/undamaged/price tags intact is reshipped back declining return saying no tags although it has price tags
Constant emails/calls/customer support help just giving time frame **-** hours since **th but no proper resolution
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
