Myntra - Myntra account locked

My Myntra account is locked by the Myntra so I am not able to log in. There are open orders which I want to return worth Rs. ***** which i want to return ad also Rs. **** is in my myntra credit.I am calling again & again to Myntra customer care but customer executive not giving any reason why they have locked my account.They are saying we cannot provide exact reason and neither can we unlock the account. Myntra is making its customers fool. Myntra is making profit and running company in such pathetic ways.This is sheer cheating on their part when the product is within the return policy and I have Myntra credits available how can they do this? I will drag this entire thing on social media and show how they cheat people.
