I am a zomato user and i was using a single account since a very long time. I have been zomato pro (earlier Zomato gold) member since more than * years. Yesterday suddenly, i see that my pro membership disappeared in the app and my recent orders, saved address, coupon code worth RS ***/- all got disappeared from the app. This is quiet unusual but it happened . There is no helpline number to contact to the customer support team and i don't have any proof as well, since it got disappeared all of a sudden. When i log in through the same mail id it shows like a new account and no saved details, membership and coupon code. Kindly give back my * months membership back
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
