I bought a Le Eco ***.*cm (** inch) Ultra HD (*k) LED Smart TV price is Rs ***** from Flipkart on **th Oct **** on * years guarantee period my TV was stucked and Engineer visited my home but issue was not resolved because of the guarantee period Flipkart offered me to buy any TV from their site amount should be more than ***** Rs and seller will depreciate ***** Rs and rest amount should be paid by me I agreed to their proposal and Engineer came again on **th December **** to uninstall the product till that date product is ready for pick up but till now pick up is not happened and the packed box is filled up the space of my room with no use they always giving me ** hours and ** hours time but all are vein I requested them kindly pick up the product and allow me to purchase another product from your site which is excess of ***** Rs, I also sent the link of the TV which I want to buy but they gave me last time *nd Jan **** to resolve my issue but nothing was happened then they gave again time *rd Jan **** to resolve my issue but nothing was happened only fake messages they sent me I called customer care so many times and they provided me ** to ** hours time or nothing else I am one of the valuable customer of Flipkart bought so many expensive items from them but I am totally harrased and fade up by their harassment. ************).Today is *th Jan **** till issue is not solved they extended the timings or nothing else. They said that your issue would be resolved on *th Jan **** but not solved again they extended the time and confirmed me that they would resolve my issue on *th Jan **** but still issue is not resolved pickup is not happened, again they extend the date ** Jan ****.They harrassed me without any reason, please take the immediate action regarding these to solve the problems as soon as possible.Thanks.
