recently placed an order with Swiggy, expecting a seamless experience. However, upon delivery, I discovered that one of the two items I ordered was missing. Despite reaching out to Swiggy's customer support, the response has been unsatisfactory, with only a refund of ** rupees on ***/- offered. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly.
