Ekart Courier Services - my shipment was not attempted for delivery

Hi Team, I have ordered the phone on *th august ****(During Sale) and their Promised date of delivery is **th august. The shipment has reached to nearest hub Nizampet in Hyderabad on **th morning by *AM. But the Ekart guys haven’t attempted for delivery for product they just wasted one week to make it cancel so one of its delivery guys can take it at low cost. During this week i called the flipkart support team for assistance my worry is i bought the phone in EMI and it will get converted into EMI. Now on **th they just canceled the order but my payment is already converted in EMI. I NEED A PROPER REASON FOR THIS QUESTION. WHY THE EKART GUYS IN NIZAMPET HAVENT ATTEMPED FOR DELIVERY OF MY PRODUCT Flipkart have mailed me like they could not complete delivery because delivery attempted multiple times and failed, where as ekart guys have not made any delivery attempt just to keep my product with them as they will be getting the product at the low price for which i bought it. I want the delivery guy who made the shipment blocked he should understand he did mistake and has to be punished for what he did. Below are the snapshots regarding my order details. Regards, Gnana.
