Dear ekart,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding two of my recent orders. The tracking number for these orders is FMPP*************.
Both items appear to have reached my local hub over a week ago. However, there has been no update on their delivery. One product's delivery keeps getting rescheduled, while there is no information at all about the delivery timeframe for the other.
This lack of communication and delay in delivery is causing me significant inconvenience. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and expedite the delivery of both my orders.
Please provide me with a clear and confirmed delivery date for both items as soon as possible.
