the product. He is insisting that we buy the product first and then return it. He also mentioned that there is a penalty if the customer doesn’t accept the product, claiming it affects their services. However, when I checked with Myntra, they clarified that there is no such policy, and customers are allowed to cancel their orders. The delivery agent was threatening and speaking very rudely to me. Such behavior is unacceptable, and people like this should not be allowed to visit any home premises.
Please address this matter with Ekart management and ensure that all delivery executives are instructed to behave professionally. It is essential for us, as customers, to have a safe and pleasant online shopping experience.
