I've been trying to contact ola customer serive, it take **-** mins every single time to just get them on a call with you. Even so, they never work on the case. They completely ignore your problem. I've been facing rear tyre issues in my scooter for over * weeks now and my scooter is nondrivable. It's just parked and I can't use it too. It shows that no slots are available for service center and telling me to check up in a few days. This is ridiculous. When I asked for a pick up, they ask for *k rupees. How does that make sense?? This is just pathetic. I have been mailing them too but no reply. Not even an acknowledgement message
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
