Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I have ordered SAMSUNG M**S on *th March, **** and I have received on *th March, **** at Amazon and it costs an amount of **,***/-. After ** days i.e., **th June, **** My Phone is not working without any physical damage. And I didn't understand why the problem has arised to repair my phone. Then I went to Samsung Service Center at */* Brodipet, Guntur (Pincode: ******). They told me it was related to physical damage we can't do anything, please change your display it costs an amount of *,***/-. After that, I have sent a mail to Samsung Customer support team they replied to my mail and informed me i.e., please kindly visit the service center again if the same response arises please again send us mail we will take action against them. I had visited the Samsung service center *nd time but the same response arised again I sent mail to samsung team then they told me kindly visit another store. It was an embrassing response to us to turning up so many times to visit store again and again. I am very sure to say one thing if you find any physical damage don't give any free warranty service to my mobile phone.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
