Meesho and Shadowfax Courier - My RTO order not recived

Customer ordered a suit cost of Rs. ****. order pickedup but not delivered to customer as customer refused to take parcel. then my order is proceed to RTO- return to origin (Return to supplier) on **-**-****. The courier partner is Shadowfax. one day shadowfax executive came for with my return order but is wasn't mine (i identified in a single look from packaging and weight), and i refused to took, the executive told me they will come back again with my original product or if they will not be able to return they will proceed my claim for the same. It"s been more than * month but i didn't received neither my product nor any refund amount. Meesho is also not replying properly. Shadowfax updating delivery status wrongly that they trying to deliver but nobody was found for deliver, But actually no body came for delivery. please do the needful
