Mama earth - My refund not received

Since ** th of july my product was returned as my address was of home town which was mistakenly selected. So during product delivery I cancelled the product.
It was of *** approx
. Till date no refund has given back. No one responds no customer care number no one . Amount is less but this way mamaearth wont gain profits . Such a poor services. I m fed up this is the last time i m buying mama earth product’s. Once my money is refunded I would nvr buy their products
