Your Visa support services are egregiously subpar. The lack of accountability and ownership, coupled with a complete disregard for the customer experience, is utterly unacceptable.
Despite your reputation as a prominent brand, the nightmare began the moment I paid for the Singapore visa services. I had to relentlessly chase after my visa officer, who seemed to be operating in a realm of complete indifference.
Upon deciding to cancel my Singapore visa request due to changing plans, I was instructed to email my visa assistance contact, Deepanshu Vashist. What followed was an absolute disaster. I sent an email on September *th, and Deepanshu responded, stating there would be a deduction of *** rupees, to which I agreed. I promptly provided an email confirmation as per Deepanshu's request. Yet, here we are today, still without a refund!
I've made countless calls to your Visa service team, and each time, I've encountered representatives who appear to be in the dark, seemingly unaware of customer interactions. As someone with a background in customer success, I understand the repercussions of having agents devoid of accountability, and it's detrimental to your business.
Despite my multiple attempts to contact Deepanshu, I have not received a single email from him. However, in the past week, one of your agents assured me that Deepanshu would call me within ** minutes. That promise was broken, and I eventually received a call after * hours, which I missed due to a prior commitment. When I attempted to call back, the line repeatedly disconnected.
My singular objective is to have my refund processed promptly in my MMT wallet. I have travel plans for November and December, and I have been a loyal Make My Trip customer for quite some time. Please assist me as this is my final recourse. I want to emphasize that I won't hesitate to escalate this matter to the consumer court due to the mental stress, unnecessary delays, and failure to refund my money. Furthermore, there's always the avenue of social media to voice my grievances.
My booking ID is NV************, and I expect a swift resolution to this matter.
