Spinny Company - My RC book not transferred after 180 days

I have sold my car to Spinny and they have confirmed that my car RC transfer will happen in *** days, It is now more than *** days and there is no action from Spinny side. I reached out to their customer support multiple times and it is too difficult to reach them and once you reach after repeat tries they will give false information. I also reached out to their CEO - Niraj SIngh *-* times on email and still no one in Spinny is actioning my issue.
