I am a small business owner. I sent one of my shipments through ekart worth ₹****/- . It was a in the same state. It was supposed to be delivered in * days. First it didn’t show any update on the website when I was tracking for the first * days. It just said picked up. That’s it. After that It started showing RTO when I complained in my local ekart office in Deoghar. The lady their who is supposed to be the head didnt give a fuck about my order. She is legit the most unconcerned employee ekart has. Then after calling and asking her what happened to my shipment on the **th day she tells me to find the ekart customer care no from google and complain their! I mean! What the actual fuck! I am furious!
