Amazon - My Order package is not delivered by Amazon

Hi.... I am Umesh Kokkula.

I Ordered "Oppo A **" mobile on **th October **** at Amazon & it seems delivered on * day (i.e: **th October ****) as a Prime membership. But still the product has not yet been delivered. When I called Customer care the next day, they told me to wait * more days to deliver. At last I called Amazon customer care on **nd October, they filed aInvestigation request (Request raised Person name: Fathima) & Started investigation for * days. And when i called on *th day(**th Oct) to get updates on my Order, they are simply telling that "ORDER DELIVERED, WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ON THIS" & without listening my voice they are simply disconnecting the call without answer (Tried * times and same response).
