I ordered battery operated bike for my sons birthday gift on *th December and the birthday was on ** December but until now the order is not delivered. I have sent many mail many call to Amazon requesting to deliver the material before the birthday but until now it wasn't delivered. Now Amazon is asking me to contact seller I also tried contacting seller they are asking me to contact FedEx courier. Please help me to get back my money and I want to teach the lesson to Amazon as I'm a prime member and they are cheating us like anything.
