This is Rafiq Ahamed from Coimbatore. My parcel (AWN #**********) had reached the concerned Hub of Ecom Express on **/**/**** itself. When I tracked next day, it was out for delivery, but not deliver to me. That day evening I received a message that order was not delivered because my house was closed. In fact, we are ** members in our big family, and my house never closed. They asked me to reschedule, and I rescheduled on **th October ****, but till this minute it is in the concerned Hub itself, I tracked just now. Since it is a small parcel, they are avoiding to deliver, I guess.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
