My OLA scooter suddenly stopped working at *th of July until now no response from the scooter
Raised an emergency ticket to OLA and got call from OLA backend team on *th July and they're asking me to pay Rs.**** as a towing service and next day booked the service and they picked my scooter and delivered at far away from the OLA service centre unsafe location and not in the location where service was booked both are two different location
Its already one week over still they didn't not checked my scooter no update until now
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
