I tweeted my issue to airtel and Vodafone Idea as well yesterday but I didn't get any help from them rather than robotic answer on Twitter.
Today, I called to customer care then they said that you need to visit nearest store but unfortunately you didn't have any airtel store in Sambhal District, so your customer support executive told me to visit at airtel store Moradabad. So As per directed by airtel executive, I had drive ** km and reached airtel store Moradabad and told my issue to them but they are saying that your numbers will be activated from Delhi only.
So As per airtel, If anyone went to out of station and lost his phone then he can't take duplicate sim another state. What a worst level of services. My numbers are not working since yesterday and I am trying to connect with multiple mediums but you bloody people's are sleeping in deep slumber and I am stuck here.
TRAI is also sleeping in deep slumber and too helpless to take action against such Frauders.
Provide me a solution at earliest otherwise will take legal action against all of you for harassment and irresponsible actions.
