I purchased a Samsung washing machine and was advised by your technician to take an extended warranty. However, I was later informed that the plan provided was damage protection, overlapping with the product’s original *-year warranty.
I immediately requested cancellation within the valid period, and your team confirmed the cancellation. Despite multiple follow-ups and promises of a refund within * days and later within ** hours, the refund has not been processed.
Please process the refund immediately or provide a clear update within ** hours.
