Go Air - My luggage damaged by Go Air Flight Authorities

My name is Ipsita Sahoo n I was traveling from Bhubaneswar to Mumbai through Go Air Flight with my husband. We had * luggage out of which one was damaged by mishandling of Go Air Authorities. After complaining they are telling me to take Rs. *,***/- as compensation. But the luggage had cost me Rs. **** that I purchased on **.**.****. It had * years warranty that I think void after damage. I mailed GO AIR but they are not willing to listen to anything except keep on insisting me to accept the compensation of Rs. *,***.
