I bought a car frm TVS and they gave me loan which is on my bank EMI direct debit.. However my EMI wasn't debited because someone frm TVS called me and said my signature was not matching the bank records.. However no one notified me about this till my first due.. Then some one called and asked me to pay the EMI of ****/- through TVS online and then I paid on **st Apr.. My money was debited.. Now I got a msg like your payment is rejected because you have chose for moratorium which I don't opt for God sake.. Money is not credited and I dnt want moratorium
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
