My name is Swaminathan , my car number is TN** AR**** and took a car loan in Tvs credit, in name of my wife Gandhimathi, for the second emi they charged *** rs additional without informing the reason ,and Tamil a collection agent came and collected the Emi and promised penalty charges will not debit in next month and also he connected to one person he told me he will send link and u can pay but they never send any link and also put again *** rs penalty for signature mismatch and no body is helping even the finance person not responding, i will complaint this issue in court and also will go to media for looting the money from a person without informing, I want to levied the penalty charges and want to help regarding this issue, and i request TVS credit not to spoil the name of company for this reason
