Sir,
During Covid-** I want to apply for moratorium but TVS call center was not working & company for not reachable in any way to proceed moratorium. In the month of June collection department people called me for EMI. I told the situation & informed that I wanted to moratorium for the month of April & May. He told ok and started taking my regular EMI from June/July & Aug. But in the month of Aug-** they presented ECS * times without my knowledge. I have sent so many mails to customer care & no response. Even after raising complaint they took my complaint but dint response.. some how i got their no and contacted them, but they told me that my issues is pending for approval & will be resolved in * days. But now they are not responding now.. Today they have send the collection agent to my house for collecting EMI as the collection agent was not aware of what is going in the company.. they only know that they have to collect money.. Kindly help.
