Jio - My jio postpaid security deposit is not refunded to me

i have bought jio postpaid connection with ***/- plan for which i was asked to pay *** rupees security deposit later after few months i terminated the connection and transferred back to prepaid later i have recieved a email asking my bank details so that they can e refund my money so i have given my bank account details i was told that it would recieve my money within ** days and said that only *** would be refunded to me instead of *** rupees now nearly * months passed not a single rupee is refunded back to me i sent many emails to them they asked me to give my bank statement i did that too not once but * times they said i would get my refund within * to ** days but yet no money was refunded to me
