My Hathway broadband is not working since */*/**. I made daily calls to the customer care but inspite of their promises not yet rectified. As my son is working on line and children are having online class the mobile data is insufficient, I have to purchase extra data. Finally I requested Airtel to provide the broadband. They provided it. Now I requested Hathway broadband for termination and refund of the amount of the balance period. No response so far from Hathway broadband.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
