Hathway broad band bangalore - Hathway not providing shifting of connection

It’s been * days that i have requested for shifting of my service. Backend team says that this area is not feasible whereas area manager says it’s feasible. I have proof that this area is feasible. It’s just politics that my request is not being accepted.
