Hathway broad band bangalore - Hathway internet is not working

My Hathway internet is not woking almost a week in every month and due to lock down I am working from home and my internet is not is disconnected as usual on ** th apr. Trust me I have made almost ** to ** times calls in a day and first and foremost their phone call center is not supporting. U have to call many times to connect to call center executive andany a times they r disconnecting calls without proper answer and one one is sent to rectify the issue but for new connection they r sending their technician even in lock down time which I could see in my area. Somehow my uncle found one technician in thier office side and he rectified by taking *** rs..so I got my internet on **rd apr which is almost a week. Again ** th onwards my internet is not working & raised the service request but without rectifying it some one closed the request on *st of may & again I have raised another complaint and if I call customer service my calls will get unanswered.. what to do and whr to complaint on this
