Yesterday on *th November I tried booking flight from Chandigarh to Bangalore for **th November to travel. I used Goibibo app to book my ticket. When the proceed to pay the amount the money **** got deducted but flight booking failed. I tried reaching goibibo support through app which is a robot support did not helped. Tried going to there website for self support but by booking was showing in process. When I call the goibibo support number there is not domestic flight option and I choose all possible options to reach them. In the end after suggesting for an hour I reached goibibo international flight booking options and a technician picked my call. He didn’t even listened to my concern and mention we can not help as they don’t have any domestic flights information with them. I continued to explain him politely as I am not able to get an help from there support and please give me atleast number or email to contact.
The man refused and mentioned we don’t have any number, person or email to support and asked me to just wait more and didn’t even gave me a time frame when can I get help and how much to wait or whom to contact.
The contacted the indigo airlines to directly check with them and they confirm that they haven’t got any information from goibibo agency about my flight booking.
I tried reaching my HDFC bank and they told me to wait for *days and only after that they will raise a concern.
I again tried reaching goibibo but looks like they have put my number into direct no support IVR.
I have also googled and send emails to goibibo support but the email address replied it non responsive email address
There is no way anyone in the fraud company (goibibo) ready to help. I have the screenshots from there website were I could see my in process flight booking status which later they removed and also I have my bank statement and message email from bank that the payment is transferred to goibibo pvtLtd name with transaction ID. Or reference number.

Need help to resolve this fraud happened with me. Please assist.
