I have purchased a new Flat in Alkapur Township Hyderabad and was staying in Rent in other part of City. I have given Interior work for my new Flat to Interior Company by square yards. Interior company by square yards is home interior design company. they have taken all amount in advance and promised to complete my home interior in ** days which used to occur at **nd September ****, but they have failed to complete and work got extended till *nd October ****. Because of that I could not shifted to my new Flat on time and had to pay extra one month (October) rent ***** Rs., I am looking for compensation of extra month rent amount which is ***** Rs. + mental stress faced by me compensation.
