Interior Company by Square Yards - Fraud and misinterpretation

I placed an order with interior company with square yards for my kitchen.
They asked me to pay **% to punch the order into production and shared a timeline for handover of the project. When dates were approaching we started chasing them, there was minimum reaponse from them. After multiple efforts we got to know that our project has been delayed.
We asked for the refund at this stage they said its not possible. Then they gave us another date and committed that it wont go beyond it. We agreed for the same and by this point we have already paid ***% project cost as they dont deliver material on site if ***% payment is not done. They delivered the material and next to next day their carpenters came for installation and post that our experience was pathetic. Below are issues we faced:
Delayed Delivery and installation:
Maximum timeline committed by SY team for delivery, installation, hand-over of the project was till **th April. We started chasing the team on *st April and with minimum response, we got to know that the project has been delayed.
Next hand-over/Completion/final date received from Ruchita is **rd April which is today and the kitchen is not yet installed. Email thread attached.
Wrong size panel delivered - SY team has accepted :
Even after following so many validation checks, there were errors in the sizes of the panels delivered. Still, carpenters went ahead and installed them. They did not even care to check the sizes before installation. Images attached. When you expect us to pay ***% before the delivery, we also expect to receive ***% correct size materials.
On-site cutting of big panels : We paid for every millimeter:
Carpenter on the site has been cutting big panels which should not be the case.(Image attached). You won't believe it, they even cut one of the acrylic side panels. We have paid for every millimeter of the panels and my stuff was being cut/wasted like anything.
I opted for factory finish material which was committed to me by the SY team and not on-site installation.
Also, as confirmed by Kevan Chinoy, this voids my warranty which team did not inform us about and did not even care.
Local Edge binding installation on-site:
Incomplete and wrong size panels delivered were being cut off on the site and being installed.
Carpenters were not even covering the unfinished/cut edges with edge bind strips.(Attaching photos for the same)
When we asked them to, they started taking off from some old filler and putting on the cut panel.(Attaching video for the same)
Commitments not fulfilled:
Designer clearly mentioned in the last quotation that grooves for profile light will be done by the SY team. When we received the material, grooves were not there.Initially, she was not accepting her mistake , then she agreed and said I will get it done on-site which we don't accept. Service Errors:
*. False Commitments were being done by the SY team so now and then like there is no value for their tongue.
*. No supervision during the installation by the SY team. Project manager even said that he takes care of *-* sites at a time and he can not come to the site when we raised the issue. We have call recording as well.
*. Rude behaviour of Square Yards team members. Project manager has been very rude to us throughout the project. We have highlighted this already to Ruchita.
*. SY team is not accepting/Owning their mistakes and telling this is how it should be.
*. Project manager has been asking carpenters to do jugaads and complete the site as soon as they can.
*. Team members stopped picking our calls. Your front Customer relation manager Ruchita/Adil stopped picking up the calls when we started chasing for updates. Attaching call logs from **rd April morning.
What we have observed so far is SY interiors focuses more on landing the customer and making false commitments than delivering the poor quality work.
