Myself Abhinav Nagaria (Mob. No. **********) would like to lodge a complaint against interior company by square yard, gurgaon for following matter
Demanding meaningless money and mentally harassing badly for payment while I have paid full amount as per agreed false ceiling work after we disengaged them due to unacceptable delay in completing the interior work. Convincing me by fraudulent way of showing wrong picture of Square yard Company’s way of executing the project. I framed my requirement in point wise manner & obtained the total offer in the range of *.** lacs initially, which was as per my budget. Given wrong information of Cost variation of only *% on final offer, I cheated me and get **% advance,lateron intimated me more * lakhs rs. Cost which I denied then they started harassing me and my family for paying money.: their commitment to complete handover on **th Jan ** which they failed then they requested to take offer of only false ceiling work in that also they failed.
