This is Mr Toufiq Bijapure, writing mail regarding my complaint since July ** ****.
I’m still facing no internet issue, whenever i’m calling agent they are not receiving my calls and not calling me back either,
i’m highly unsatisfied with service from Airtel, because there is no seriousness from your employees.
I have few screenshots about trying to call agent and message to them, that all went unnoticed,
This is kind of serious issues that you have to take action on.
