Airtel broadband connection - Airtel representative

Hi good morning
I order airtel broadband connection. **-**-**** Airtel representative. Didn't visit my home everything deal with call to call.then i make the payment of * month and I request. I want connection today also he said yes.and evening one lady called me she said today they give the airtel connection but sir you need to give the tips I said ok then nobody call me that dat next day **-**-**** morning I try to call the airtel representative few time he didn't pick my call then after ** minutes I call again and he's on another call then I try other ** minutes ringing he cut the call.and he sent the message I'll call you later.i can't understand what kind of services are they are airtel providing. After the payment everything was upside down still no connection. Nobody attend my call
