Irctc Indian Railways - My cancelled ticket amount not refunded

This complaint is against irctc because of my canceld ticket amount is not refunded yet which booked on (March ** for march /**/ **** ) from ircrtc app. So due to lockdown I am stucked in delhi and I am in problem so I need money very urgently but one month is gona pass away but no refund yet, I made contact with **/* help line no but they told will be refund. So please help and this is that pnr no **********
