I have purchased a tron crypto currency in ***** rs from which got **** trx then after I make a withdrawal request then my amount got on hold without proper information and without knowledge that why my amount is on hold...so I decided to raise a ticket and they reply my mail that there is a wallet upgrade maintenance is going on so I decided to wait but at the same time one of my transaction completed which was on hold but my big transaction still on hold nad they are not replying my mails and as my amount is on hold so in every minute my actual amount is decreasing beacaise the value of tron currency is decreasing....coindcx support team is not replying and I need my money to pay bills but they are not listening and not even giving me the proper response and resolution
