I have orderd * item from tata cliq and they does not fit to me so that i have palced return request but they cancelled the return request approx * times. They didn't call me about this a single time that they came to pick the item.
I have done my payment threw credit Card and the due date is passed so now i have to pay panelty appox *** for this amount.
I have complaind many time.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
