Phonepe Mobile App - My amount is debited from my account but not yet received receiver

**.**.**** I was transfer Rs.***** to some one, But amount is debited from my account though receiving person is not yet received the money.
Now Phonepe persons are asking long time to solve this problem.
Hence, i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible. Whybecause I need the money on immediate basis for some commitment.
