Hello there,
I had booked a ticket from New Delhi to Calgary via Narita through Goibibo (AirIndia) for **th May ****. Now, the airlines got cancelled due to covid** and goibibo has not refunded me till date. In the meantime, I even contacted AirIndia and they said that they have processed RA request to you bibi for my flight. But now neither one comes online from goibibo to talk with me over call and when I requested the refund via their app. They are saying I do not have any claim for this.
I need my refund ASAP.
Please help me out.
