Hi, for some reason I got a mail saying that my AJIO account has been blocked for multiple returns which is not true. I have money worth *,*** pending in my wallet and I cannot even log in. It’s the worst customer service because I can’t even talk to an executive regarding this. Worst ever.
Their exchanges are shit, pickups don’t happen on time and they have the audacity to block my account with my money in it
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
